UK local (community driven) deal, sales, and freebies website/application?

Hello everyone!
Does anyone know if there are any local deal websites? I am talking about ones which are specialised for the UK. I have already websites such as groupon, livingsocial, and vouchercloud but also have those "around me" type of applications e.g. YELP , yell, and Around Me. I'm looking for something which tends to be in the local area, and also updated on a regular basis
Alternatively, do you know any way in which you can upload deals you have found yourself in the street. For example, I was walking in town today, and I see that one of my local coffee shops is doing a "buy one, get one free!" deal and, being the altruistic "good Samaritan" I wanted to let the world know about the deal!
Does anyone know of any websites where this is possible? Or, also, what other people can let me know about local, updated deals, freebies, and sales.
