We wanted to do this a few years ago & I just googled it & found loads, admitedly we were looking in the London area so probably more choice but try "theme banquet wolverhampton" or something.

FWIW we ended up booking something entirely different but they looked fab & the idea is still at the back of my mind for other occasions.

    Good luck;)

Is this any good to you? --> http://www.coombeabbey.com/events/mediaevalbanquets.htm

Coventry is a lot closer to you than London! ;)

    BTW

I've been to several medaeval banquets at coombe and they are fab. the setting couldn't be more suitable, and although it's pricey it's well worth it...watch out for the mead though..I drank rather too much last time and started heckling the performers... how embarrassing!

PS sometimes they have wicked deals on for a nights sty included...well worth it if you can afford it, my last was I think £55each for hubby and I for the banquet and the night, but they aren't always available...;)

The Warwick Castle evening is fantastic - I've been 5 times in the last 7 years!! They also do a Highway Man's night too!

Very good fun, with story telling, serving wenches/waiters and singing.

Lovely food - get a taxi though as it's free flowing wine (if you drink that is...)
