Help with my CV

I haven't worked since having my children 7 years ago. My CV is non existent, and if I'm honest I'm pretty unsure of how to make one! Are there any templates around that I could use? I thought I had some on Office 2010 but I can't find them
Also if anyone has any tips I'd be grateful!
Apologies if this has already been covered

Hi
Try this http://www.your-career-change.com/cv-template.html#cv1
Basic structure: a summary of you and your key skills, last job, previous jobs, education, qualifications & training courses.
If you have had a career break, mention anything you have done in this time such as helping at toddler group, brownies/cubs, looking after other people's children etc. There will be a positive to say about all of these things eg shows responsibility, trust, initiative, organisational & time management skills and so on.
Once you start writing you might not be able to stop :rotfl:
Hope this helps to start you off.*If you have nothing nice to say... say nothing*"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that." Martin Luther King Jr0 -

Really? Who looked after them, did the housework, balanced the household budget....? And I am not taking the !!!! either. When returning to work women often forget that they still gained skills whilst being a full time mother/wife/ general do-fer. If you can, for example, balance a household budget, you can also balance the petty cash...0 -
