Black Horse field agent at my door

Just to let anyone else know that if you have a car on HP with Black Horse and owe a month's payment they are sending field agents out to cold call.
I only received a letter from them yesterday giving me until 8th September to pay up or else blah-blah.
He asked me when I would be making payment "don't know" I said.
He asked if I wanted to make a payment now "no" I said
He asked why not? "I'll do it in my own good time, probably online, it's only been a month, I'm not having this" and slammed the door in his face.
I know he's only doing his job but Black Horse are the worlds worst.
I'm getting the money together to VT the car because it's got another injector on the way out due to a latent defect, and seeing as though they said it was nothing to do with them the last time and that they only provide the finanace, then they are welcome to it.
Just to warn people,( they aren't content with constantly phoning my place of work and my house, they're now turning up on my doorstep).

Welcome Car finance do the same, big red jackets with who they are on them just to add to any humiliation. Ours send them if we fall one day behind payment, horrible people with horrible tactics.0

If you're planning on VTing make sure you don't default, as once you have received a default and don't remedy it they officially terminate the contract and you lose the right to VT becoming liable for the whole balance.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Hi IA yes i realise this - that's why I won't let them win.
I am tempted to send them an invoice for 'trespass without permission' informing them that they need to complete a formal request to visit form which carries admin charges of £25 per form.
