pink radio duck from tesco

I purchase a pink radio duck from tesco did anyone purchase one of these as i did as a prezzy but it has stopped working and tried to take it back but didn’t have receipt and now found it to be reduced to £1.23 on the computer when scanning but paid around £5 for it i think. Does anyone have a receipt as they said they will accept a photocopy if i can get one.

Sorry cant help with a receipt but had a similar issue and phoned cs in Dundee and they sent a money card for the full original value...worth a call I seem to think its a freephone number too.

Hi, Im a manager in retail, and I can tell you that you don't need your receipt if the goods you bought turn out to be faulty! If you do have it, all the better, but I know we can't refuse to offer a full refund if the goods purchased arent doing what they were sold to do! The only way they can refuse is if the damage was done by you whether deliberately or by accident! If its a manufacturing fault, then you get your money back, exchange, or repair!

ALWAYS keep your receipt! Less hassle for both you and the retailer in the longrun!!;)

they cant offer a refund for the purchase price as it was reduced after christmass to a silly price of £1.23.
