Lending stream problem advice needed?

Back in april İ took a payday loan out with lending stream İ have never missed a payment, and loan payment has always been paid on time. They were ment to take £62 this month. İ checked my bank account yesterday and they took £107 on monday. Today İ recieved a letter plus 2 text messages which were very rude and acused me of not paying my loan payment this month. And demanding that İ make payment imediately. Firstly İ have made loan payment and secondly they have taken too much. Are they aloud to just take any amount of money they want. What should İ do about this whole situation. İ have tried phoning but keep getting a automated message. İ have sent a email but have had no response so far. any advice would be much appreciated.
