Credit rating and getting a loan

Whilst tesco's advertised rate is low this isn't the rate you would necessarily get even if you were accepted (in fact you probably wouldn't).
Might be worth waiting until your credit file is updated and then asking your own bank for a loan (maybe a smaller one - you could get reasonable car for a couple of grand or so).
As your credit card and your current account are both with natwest and if you have run both well that should increase the chance they would accept you.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Score of 986, earn £55k pa, long excellent history.
