I have had a soda stream for years and use it to liven up fruit juice , orange squash or plain old water. I don't buy the special cordials as they are very expensive but I have been known to dilute coca cola when the children were small !!
I have just bought the last refill for my soda stream as gas bottles aren't being manufactured for the old designs. I have always bought my refils from Dyers .... I might have to get a new red shiny one.

    Thanks op

    Thanks :).
Why do I look at this forum? I didn't need a soda stream, but now I'll have one on Tuesday!
(But it was only £22 because I had a £3 clubcard voucher)

I caved in and bought one for the hubby :D

does anyone know anywhere where the cordials are less than £2.99 please? I know that's not a bad price, I'm just trying to get the hubby as many presents as I can for the budget we set each year :) ta.

everywhere charges £2.99 for them - the only deal i have seen is sainsburys who had them on B2G1F last week, but that offer has now ended

however, we find if you use the syrups in the quantities directed, the drink is too strong, so we only use half measures - based on that it costs us about 30p/ltr to make

Picked up my Sodastream today! Thanks again OP! It is such a bargain and the red colour is gorgeous... even the guy at CS commented on how good a price it was... and how did I manage to get it for that price ...

The Tesco Genesis Sodastream comes with 2 1litre bottles (for making the fizzy stuff in) too. In fact, the only thing it doesn't come with is the cordial mixer.

I used Tesco Vouchers to buy mine last week, with the £5 off voucher, so it was free!
