Alleged debt from overdraft

I have a letter from Moorcroft Debt Recovery asking for repayment of a substancial debt which I do not recognise. They telephoned me demanding payment and told me it was a Lloyds TSB overdraft.
Can I send them a CCA letter for copy of credit agreement given that this was an overdraft on a bank account or is there some other course of action needed?
Please help.
Thanks.

With an overdraft there would not have been a CCA in any form that you can request, so sending for that would be pointless.
If you don't recognise it then send them the generic "prove it letter" in this link.
