Template making a repayment

Hi all,
Asking for a friend. She is being hassled by an electricity company for an outstanding debt and is willing to pay them but they have bullied her on the phone into setting up a DD for more than she can afford.
I found her some letter templates on here for telling them to stop calling and that they cannot turn up on her doorstep but I was wondering if there is one somewhere saying, "this is what I can afford to repay each month. Deal with it. I'll be making the payment in the next 5 working days"? Or should she just not bother sending one and just start making payments of what she can afford?
Thank you

The one in the drop down menu called "When a creditor refuses your offer of payment" might have some useful parts in it.
