Free PDA, 3in1 mousemat, watch & travel alarm! (Which Mag)

I had a quick look to see if anyone had posted this already, but couldn't find anything. So I apologise in advance if this is repetition (I'm still new to this!).

Which? magazines are currently offering 1 and 2 month free trials - with free gifts included! You can see their website for details: http://whichnow.co.uk/magazines/

But to summarise;

Which? Magazine is offering a 1 month free trial and a "Personal Digital Assistant" pic5-o.gif (sorry about the tiny pic!)

Computing Which? is offering a 2 issue free trial and a "Three-in-one mousemat, calculator and radio" mousemat.jpg

Gardening Which? is offering a 1 month free trial and a "hardwearing wris****ch" watch_80x70.jpg

Holiday Which? is offering a 2 issue free trial and a "travel alarm clock" clock_80x70.jpg

From what I can gather there are no strings attached - you can cancel your subscription before the trial period is over and not incur any subscription charges. They do ask for either bank or credit card details, but I think that's fairly standard in these situations.

There is also the Which? Online free trial with the free digital camera, but I know that's already been mentioned in another thread.

I hope this is of interest to someone.

Don't think Which? will rip you off or bombard you with junk, is published by the Consumers Association!

I've just recently cancelled after 2yrs (debt management!) and they did it via email and took 3 days. Pretty impressed considering the only way you can be sure to exercise a right to cancel anything these days is in writing, recorded delivery yada yada yada!

The trick with the free trial is give plently of notice not to cancel the subscription.
:idea:I got an idea, an idea so smart my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about:idea:

I have amended the title of this thread cos I think people maybe assumed that it was referring to the (already posted) free digital camera from Which? Online.

Sorry for bumping it up again, but I honestly think they are kinda cool freebies. :o

    Very Naughty!!

So, being me I complained that it wasn't a free number and suggested that they get it corrected ASAP.

And the kind lady gave me the FREEPHONE number to use to cancel your subscription.

    It's 0800 252 100.

Thanks. I've taken out these free trials with Which? before and cancelled without any problems. Have not had any junk mail from them since cancelling.

Which? Mag is actually a genuinely good read and I was even tempted to carry on paying for the subscription! :D

Has anyone recieved the gifts yet? I was planning on canceling as soon as I get the gift but I get the feeling it will take a while to get it and then by the time it is recieved it will be too late in cancelling...Or am I just paranoid?
