Can anyone recommend a gent's hairdresser in Basingstoke for under a tenner?

Hi, don't know of any cheap barbers in Basingstoke but have you ever tried cutting your own hair?

I cut DH's hair (been doing it for a couple of years now) , ok, its not perfect but not that anyone notices any of the bad bits.

I know a few ppl who just clip their own hair. Just need a set of cheap clippers and off you go!! But then again, if you have it styled all fancily, well then, thats a different kettle of fish!
