Well in life I have fun which yes is ultimately pointless, but in death do I really need anything (including the body I used).

As I say I really can't see the point.

Well I think the mount of energy used to burn a body is fairly high, also it gets rid of all the nice stuff going back in the the soil.

    Are you up for shredding?

PS I don't think graves are for the dead, they are a reminder to the living.

although burial may use land it is ecologically a good idea.

Shredding sounds fine, I won't feel it will I.

Failing that just drop me in the sea or with the lions and let me get eaten.

The end of the day I won't need my body when dead so use it for whatever it is most usefully for at the time.

I quite like tigers actually, maybe 50/50 to the lions and tigers.

Nobody ever has, it's never stopped burial though.
  • I'm still waiting for geneer (or someone) to come on here and bleat about how it's better to rent a burial plot rather than buy one. Or indeed how many plot owners are already in negative equity....

Bury people standing up. A bit like converting a property into bedsits, you'd fit far more people into the space available.

Or bury people on top of each other. Save on gravestones: here lies X on top of Y, in death as in life.
