I have tried to access the Telegraph photo book offer through the Telegraph's own link and the albelli one but neither works - seems strange, given that the offer just came out yesterday and lasts until September 4th.

The Albelli link above looks correct but, on closer inspection, it's been typed with a gap between co.uk/ promotions which is causing the problem.
