Please help, my mum is in need of it

Im taking this opportunity to seek and find help for my mum as ive had it with the amount of interest she's paying on various cards/catalogues.

She currently has the following debt's

Vanquis credit card £2500
Littlewoods £2000
Barclay Card £500

It's past the point where its affecting her lifestyle and she has 2 kids.. It's not a good situation.

Her credit rating im imagining is not good!!

Is she likely to discuss her detailed finances with you do you think? Really her first step should be to work out a detailed budget to see how much she has coming in, how much going out for basic living costs and then how much she has left for debt repayments each month.
Is she currently keeping up with at least minimum payments?

no she cant meet the minimum payments..
