Hi Millie, Dojoman will change your date. Right these are the HES figures just for the OR really and please please don't copy these as the OR will then scrutinize every bit of your SOA and BR with a fine tooth comb!! Use your own figures as the OR will ask for receipts (the OR will see your bank statements as well and remember some of your expenses may be higher too.

maybe a silly question but what if you have not put enough on your SOA for essentials. E.g. what if you undervalued the cost of clothing etc? Is that just tough luck? just had a look at figures so think I may have not put enough for some things but forms all done and copied now so not changing them as BR in morning0

Right no more panicking Kez, discuss this with your OR its not set in stone until you have had your OR interview. Just say calmly you think you missed this off or under estimated that. Deep breath's matey.

Hi and Welcome from me too :beer:Hi everyone, welcome to the September 2011
Bankruptcy Club.
This club is for everyone who has gone through the process of Bankruptcy during September
2011. So please feel free to join and post.
Pop your name on here, the date that you went Bankrupt and the stage that you are at now in your Bankruptcy. And then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your journey through Bankruptcy. That way we can all stick together and compare notes and we will be there to support each other throughout the different stages in our Bankruptcy.
Remember this is your board so keep posting.
Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help us all and you are all welcome. Any important questions that do need answering are maybe still better posted on the main board but if you do put it on here, then maybe we can help each other.
Hopefully it will be an extra place for friendship and support as we compare notes and discuss what is happening with our Bankruptcies.
Please leave a post when you have been declared BR, and I will update the list.
