Numerous European countries have solved this by building upwards... in Europe, building regulations about minimum liveability specifications are much much tighter ....

Which regretfully allows you to divert attention away from the important bit ~ as you attempt to do on so many topics.
Speaking of the important bit, pretty sure pre 2008 the old supply and demand angle was regularly trotted out by you guys as a reason why house prices couldn't possibly crash. Yet they did.

I suspect you won't be able to.Its not really that bad for most current owners as they either have loads of equity
Yeah. Its probably those who bought in 2007 that have the problems eh?or they are selling up and buying a larger home which is cheaper too.
If they manage to sell.
Doesn't seem to be much happening on that front at the moment.0
