Hi All, i have an outstanding debt with moorcroft which i have paid for the last 6 yrs, £3000 still owing.
My credit flle is now clear and i have jsut applied and recieved a new cedit card , I have now recieved a letter from moorcroft say that they have been advised by and credit reference agency that i have new credit and they want me to increase my payments.my income has not changed still oni nvalidity benefit ,Can anyone please tell me can they force to increase my payments. i only put small ammounts on my card which i pay each month

Just write back saying that your circumstances have not changed and therefore you will not be increasing payments.
