Tesco Clubcard Vouchers

I need to make a bit of cash to pay off some bits. I have seen people sell their clubcard vouchers on Ebay and was wondering whether to do this or not.
I was trying to save up for a family holiday but bills are more important.
I have £112.50 in vouchers which would be £450 in deals, do you think they would sell and what do you think I would get for them.
Thanks
p.s please can I have sensible answers, I wouldn't be doing this unless I had too.

I think they would sell, if I were selling them, then I would want at least double the value.
Good Luck

Why don't you watch some auctions on E-bay,then you would have some idea of value.0
-
Do a search on Ebay for Tesco clubcard vouchers then when they come up click the box on the left hand side that says completed listing and then the search button below.
This will give you all the closed auctions and what each lot went for.
The green figures are sold and the red figures mean unsold at the close of auction.
Hope this helps.
P.S. as a rule of thumb they tend to go for around 75% of the deal value.0 -
they go for a fortune on ebay, usually 3 times face value. deffo worth it0
-
I sold some just before Christmas ... its a bit hit and miss but you'd be doing really well to get twice the value ... I reckon for £112 you'd probably get about £170 minus £15 for ebay and paypal fees.0

When you photograph them, BLACK OUT THE ONLINE CODE ON THE PHOTO BEFORE UPLOADING!!!!!
And ensure that you have some sort of clause in the listing about it being the purchasers responsibility to check with the Tesco website (provide link) about the availability of deals, bearing in mind that some Deals are named vouchers now and only usable for the original owner (like Holidays and MFI)0 -
I thought if you paid cash anyone could use the MFI vouchers?0
-
No. Some MFI stores are not bothered who's names are on the vouchers and will accept all and sundry. But many others (and the company is clamping down now they are leaving the scheme) are very particular.
Bear in mind that if someone buys vouchers from you, they are likely to buy them from someone else too to go with their own they have collected - for a large purchase like a kitchen, hence lots of different names.
My suggestion was to help you out to avoid any potential problems after the sale. Cover your own back.0 -
This might sound like a really stupid question but if I have say 1500 clubcard points how much is that in vouchers?0
-
1500 points is £15 in Tesco Clubcard Vouchers.
But, you can exchange them for 4 times the value, so £60 worth in Deals Tokens.0
