On the phonetic alphabet, I had a customer on the phone one day and was confirming the spelling of his name and said is that L for Orange? Silence from the other end of the phone..... ooops.

I once said to someone 'x for ummm' and then came up with 'xenophobia'. My colleagues peed themselves.:rotfl:

I used Pat a cake too!!:eek: Pretty much the same modification as you
just trying for cooker :rotfl:
Though I was original..bum.. thinking cap back on..

I use the phonetic alphabet quite alot but always have to be very careful with "w" and "y" as instead of saying whisky I have been know to say w**kee

Looks like we all need to get our think caps back on! I saw on the page it said they were getting lots of morse code, WLTM requests so it's gonna be hard to stand out tomorrow!
