I assume it hasnt tracked you can go into Quidco site and reported items that havent tracked, it may take a while to investigate, sometimes you might get paid sometimes only 50% like Currys did with me

Hi there,
You can submit an enquriy with Qudco if this is the case, go into your statement on Quidco and the relevant month, then click on enquries, you can submit and enquiry, it should have a drop down menu for the merchants you have visited. Bear in mind it take ages for them to resolve stuff and in some cases you may not get anything at all, I've been waiting since August and October for two transactions and am still waiting for the outcome of the enquiries I have raised.
Hth and good luck.
Ps, does anyone have an email address for qudco, so I can query the enquires? Thanks:A :

clear your cookies before you shop - if you've been to the site to browse and then go through Quidco at a later date it won't always track - can be a pain to clear your cookies all the time but I've never had any not track by doing that.0

I wrote some of this a while back
Firstly can I suggest you download a FREE product called 'Crap cleaner', honest that's what its called.
It's available HERE Just go to the download section on the top of the page, and get the latest version, see the centre of the page its usually marked 'Download from FileHippo.com'. Install the program, the program is safe to use and what it does is clean your internet cache (your web browsers temporary files) and removes them and also more importantly for making a little income online it removes cookies that all these site like Rpoints, Freefivers etc use. This does two things, say you visit Freefivers use a couple of the affiliate links in there like Kelkoo and Pricerunner, these store a cookie on your PC . This is fine no harm done, but if you want to use another cashback site like Rpoints you may not get credited for using the same links?

What is a cookie?
A cookie is a packet of information sent by a server to a browser such as internet explorer, or Firefox and then sent back by the browser each time it accesses that server. Cookie are used for the purposes of tracking, and maintaining information such as site preferences and shopping carts.0 -
Also using Zonealarm can stop Quidco tracking.0

Quidco is excellent, as long as you remember that the cashback is a priviledge - not a right.0
