1. This prize draw is governed by The Caravan Club’s standard prize draw terms and conditions. Please ensure that you read these at either https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/tandc or order a copy on 01342 318813 01342 318813 prior to making your entry. All details found here form part of The Rules. By entering the draw members agree to be bound by The Rules and The Club’s Terms and Conditions.
2. Only one entry per membership number/household is permitted.
3. The opening date for this prize draw is 27 May 2011.
4. The closing date for this prize draw is 23 September 2011.
5. Entries are made by filling in the entry form online or by posting the entry form to Adora Draw, PO Box 170, Ashford TN24 0ZX. Entries must contain the entrant’s full name and membership number.
6. The first valid entry drawn randomly will win the all-new Adria Adora 612 DT. There is no cash alternative. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The independently supervised draw will take place by 26 September 2011 and the winner will be notified by telephone, post or email on or before 27 September 2011. The winner must claim the prize according to the instructions in such notification as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the date of such notification.
8. The winner agrees to take part in publicity in connection with the draw. The Adria Adora 612 DT will be presented to the winner at The NCC Motorhome and Caravan Show, 11 - 16 October 2011. The winner’s travel expenses will be covered.
9. Except for any liability arising in relation to death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of The Caravan Club or its employees, The Caravan Club shall have no liability in respect of any loss, harm or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) arising in connection with any Prize Draw to any person who has made or wished to make an entry into the Prize Draw or any third party.
10. The promoter is The Caravan Club Limited, East Grinstead House, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1UA
