Hello All,
Thinking of making a chicken curry using either natural yog or greek yog - not done this before.
How do i make sure it doesn't curdle? What about when you reheat it?
Thanks in advance,

When i make a curry i always use fromage frais, usually fat free stuff, that has never curdled on me before x0

I always stir a teaspoon of cornflour into the yoghurt and that stabilizes it (thanks for that tip Delia!!) and it won't curdle then.Jane
