I think this is bad information to give a newbie.''''the bit in red
Its not always easy, Ive seen them fight over 60pence.
It depends on lots of circumstances.
I agree.
Not worth making an enemy of CS, I've been guilty of it and it doesn't pay off. Make your point if refused, if they won't budge, unless its a plasma, let it go and go back when its a different CS or duty manager and take them for a bigger better r&r. I don't care if the cs thinks they are Gods gift or managing director of Tescos, as long as I try to be as nice as possible, because I know they'll see me again and again and again.;)0 -

not a very confrontational person, but am very relaxed and laid back so i think that will help at least
Will more than likely keep an eye out for a couple of small R&R's just to see how it all works, unless there is something i really want to try and grab (like the futurama boxsets i seem to have missed out on... why didnt i find you guys sooner!) but i think the main thing is to get to know how it works before trying to exploit the system
Actually R&R'ing is not an exploit but merely taking Mr. T up on his generous offer "If for some reason things don't add up". This is not exploitation of any system we merely work within the boundaries that Mr. T has put forth.0 -
True

Thanks all for your help, feel alot more up to speed with how to go about it all now

Change your location AND your username. There is nothing to stop Mr T's spies making a note that teedy23 lives in Glasgow.teedy23 wrote:How do I change my location, dont want to help Mr T anymore0 -
