I really don't get that bit about 'being really careful and possibly giving R&R for 28 days from the 26th, because of the 28 days on the back of the receipt'. I know what's printed on the back of the till-roll but how is the 28-day returns policy relevant to an R&R/DTD decision?
Constantine, is the 28 day no-quibble returns policy changing too, please, AFAYK? I really hope not but if that's going too it only leaves couponing as the last avenue of grocery-shopping pleasure for skint bargain-hunters like me.
I think I will start paying a visit to other coupon-friendly stores like Waitrose (where they are also invariably really polite and helpful IMHO).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What ginny said.
There is no change to the 28 day policy. Simply that if you bought an item back within the 28 days for an overcharge refund, you would be entitled to the refund policy of the time.Who or what was I before you came in to my life

I would expect countless mistakes, both to start with and especially on the catch weight gear. personally I would be tempted to "come to terms" on the meat rather than bother to work it out exactly (to the customers favour, obviously).
I also expect the thread to develop in to a hangout for expert mathematicians for 20 or so pages...think I will take the week off MseWho or what was I before you came in to my life
