Abbiet - I wish I could give you some words of comfort, but I would say that you are highly unlikely to get any joy out of HO with an OOD sel issue. For the last 4 - 5 weeks or so Tesco have been denying some people refunds because of OOD sels (however right or wrong this is) and as the Xbox is a high value item, they may not play ball with you. I got banned on the first one for a day for nothing...disagreeing with wlfc1. the second and third were created together to watch the forum...unfortunately I disagreed with wlfc1 again, and got banned for a week, it went from there.

I'm not bullsh8tting here, you cant say anything against a mod or administrator on EPH without getting told off by PM, and if you mention it on the thread..........you're gone!!

I enjoy the forum, I'm more on there than here(ashamedly)...

This is the latest reason given by wlfc1 for 3 of my identities being banned after Hurricane agreed on post made by gwgw45........and someone dared to ask.......could he have his donation back.

With regard to Hurricane, Hollis Brown and Hattie Carroll not receiving emails, this will be because these/this user has incurred a suspension, I confirm this is true but would add that it is one person using multiple identies.

When I look for the reason..."it says no reason given".....well I dont suppose they could say....Wouldnt pay any money, and disagreed with our views....could they??

And in direct reply to wlfc1......I'm still the same "bloke who used to talk to you everyday via PM"..."its you thats changed mate"......All this power!!

Unfortunately I cant post this on EPH, as it will be immediately deleted and another identity banned.

In light of the arguments put forward...EPH have now reinstated the prevoius thread as "read only"...which was all that was required of them in the first place

GWGW45, has thanked Spitfire for his kind remarks about his posts, Spitfire has thanked GWGW45 for his niceness and agreed that they shouldnt talk any further about tonights nasties.

GWGW45 has accepted spitfires explanation of why Hurricane, Hollis and Hattie were banned tonight.Theyve each thanked each other for their various PM's to each other.

Another one sucked in no doubt, to the lies spouted in a PM (although I hope not....GWGW45 seemed bigger than that).
