Bankruptcy & Solicitors

My trustee gave me authority yesterday to speak to my creditors to clarify the final debt. (My bankruptcy is discharged, however, they are going for my home).
I have contacted the credit card account today who have informed me the debt has been sold to a firm of solicitors in 2008. By coincidence, the solicitors are the same solicitors who have served the papers on me and are working along with my trustee. Is this a conflict of interest??
Any help would be much appreciated.
Many thanks,

it would seem to be a comflict of interest, although one department at the solicitors may not even know that the Other department is also involved, You should let all partes know about the potential conflict as soon as possibleHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Thanks a mill.
I contacted the Trustee today and he did not seem too perturbed but I really can't see how it is not a conflict as the majority of the debt is to the Credit Card which is now the solicitor's debt and I was going to question it as they have levied some large late payment fees. I still have sent the letter to the Credit Card company just to put my mind at rest.
I will speak to Trustee again tomorrow.
Many thanks again...everyday is up and down, however I have had 1 down today and 3 up! So not a bad day all in all! :cool:0
