Hi,

Just wanted to say that if the stuff you want is OOS at John Lewis, ring one of the branches and ask them to do a stock check for you.

They can look at the stock levels at all of the branches that sell toys. If they are showing stock (but bear in mind that this might be inaccurate due to sales going through all of the time) they will send a message through to that store and get the staff to take the toys off the shelf.

The store will call you and let you know what they've got. You can then decide whether or not you want it, and have the choice of reserving it for collection or having it delivered (they will take payment over the phone).

Hope this helps someone, I only found out about this by accident, having been disappointed when the stuff I wanted went OOS on the website.:D

Good price for now. This was available from The Hut (no pun intended) last week - £13.49 after using a 10% code.
