LEGO Star Wars 2011 Advent Calendar 7958 - £12.99 at Wilkinson's
Good luck if you can find one!0 -
I'm wondering whether to get a lego advent calendar for my son, but he's only 3 (4 in march), not sure whether it'll.be.beyond him? He always expresses an interest in lego when he sees it in the shops but I tell him he's a bit little yet.0

Would be a good test to see if he likes it though!Mine started on Lego at 3 and a half but had to learn not to get frustrated by it if it broke, for a month or two. He spends ages now (4 and a half) making lego scenes from things he has seen and building the smaller sets.

It depends on individual children i think , my son started playing with smaller lego when he went to a school nursery so he was nearly 4 , some children at that age still put things in their mouth at that age my son didnt so i could trust him to be left alone with it while i was upstairs ect.
If you see the calanders esp the starwars one at that price go for it , even put them up for next year ,as you wont get them next year it will be another style .
My son is 4 and the starwars one was a must for him sadly i paid the full price lol0
