If you have a Tesco local to you, you might want to try there first at they had 30% off these cases brining the price in at just under £14.00. Didn't note exact price as they appeared a bit basic for my lad. Only the blue case available at the two stores I visited but still cheaper than £14.99
  • If your child brings home a Scholastic Book Club leaflet from school with a World Book Day token you can get this Lego Friends book for £2.49 inc a mini Lego set

do you send the book token off as well?
  • Yes you need to give it to the school when ordering, or enclose with your order if sending in post but postage is quite high if not ordering through school. You can't use Book Tokens online.

Free lego friends 30106 ice cream cart polybag with "Girl Talk" mag (6-19 march), costs £2.60 and you also get other free girly tat with it (necklaces, bracelets, stick on gems, lip gloss). Saw this on brickset this morning and managed to get three copies from my local tesco just now.
The promo polybags tend to be worth about £2.99 so its a good buy. The mag's a bit old for my 2 girls (4 and 6) but they'll enjoy looking at it (I'll check its ok first) and I might get some peace. I have a sneaky feeling at least one of them might prefer the girly freebies to the lego though!
I have a problem that I keep ticking for notifications in my user cp and I get them for a while then they stop, does anyone know how to fix this? Sometimes when I re-tick the notification boxes it still doesn't work and I have to re-do it several times.
