Does anyone know the Lego shop return policy please? Haven't got reciept anymore, all I can find online is their online orders return policy, would they give a credit note do you think?

You can return to store as long as they still stock it. Exchange only without receipt though.

Lego Ninjago Fangpyre Wrecking Ball 9457 half price at Toys R Us £24.99.

    From HotUkDeals

Thank you for this. It is selling for £39.99 in store but she matched the click and collect price and I got it for £24.99. Paid with gift cards bought in Morries and also got money off petrol coupons too.
  • Has anyone managed to buy any of the half price Lego from Argos which they have been advertising all over the internet for about a month now?

I've been trying for weeks but no stores within 100 miles of me have stocks of any of the half price items. I asked at my local store and was told that they hadn't been allocated any.

While I don't think they aren't breaking any laws advertising offers which they are unable to supply, it is very frustrating and I won't be shopping at Argos ever again.

Probably best posted in the Lego thread or shop but don't drop. :)
  • Hi yes, there was lots of stock within our area in over10 stores. I also checked other areas near family and they had loads too however most got snapped up in a week. I only checked the fire station, police station and the boxes. The fire station and police went quickly but there were loads of the boxes which didn't go out of stock.
  • Lego are being a pain in the !!! with Argos!!

Lego should have sent Argos a delivery at the end of November (didnt arrive) as is a code red alert. They are still awaiting delivery and CS told me it will now be after Xmas!

None of the £12.49 boxes were in stock within 50 miles of me and you can forget about the free base plates! pffttt.

Ironically the boxes are now back at £19.98 but still OOS in the nearest 10 stores.

The Lego shop however have a boat full of the boxes BUT at a more expensive price!.....

No, been trying to get the large brick box for weeks with no luck. Seen today it has gone up to £19.99 :(

  • Got a pink box and a blue box, but with no free base plates - although customer services have promised me them....
Got a fire station - but I had to travel a bit for it! Couldn't get the dino set, but Amazon price matched for a few hours, so I got that from there. Been pretty lucky really...
