My bad. I had it mixed up with 7292 Propeller Adventures (similar name!). Which doesn't seem to be listed in a lot places yet. It's still 43% off. Was closer to 50 earlier in the week I think.

I'd link if I was allowed to :)

Oh hey! That's my site :D

Well kind of. I've been working on a site in my spare time and I still have a long way to go (and only have time for a couple of hours each night). But I thought in the meantime I'd start sharing the data with people instead of keeping it to myself. That's why there's just a really basic unformatted page at the moment. Although I've got to admit that's growing on me... kind of old school!

As someone pointed out there are other sites that do similar things (Bricklink, which is an awesome site was mentioned). But ultimately I'm hoping mine will have a few features that others don't. One issue I have with other sites is there tends to be a long time between updates and this will eventually be hourly (I was testing it half hourly today and it seemed to work OK). I'm also going to be adding stuff like twitter notification of big price drops soon (I'm updating about my progress each night at the bottom of the page. I'm not sure why, but Brinklink misses some stuff. That plane someone just posted was half price for the last few days (I bought one!), but never showed up there, I'm not sure why.

I'm all about bargain Lego and didn't even know this thread existed. I'll be checking regularly now because amazon aren't the only game in town.

Anyway, I hope people find it useful and I'm open to any suggestions. My email address is on the page.

p.s. Power boat transporter literally just hit 67% down to £10. That's crazy cheap! Oh someone beat me to it! It won't last long if Tescos is out of stock.

Are you allowed to recommend your own website on here Ash? :D Thoughtechnically you didn't so I guess it's alright. I don't make the rules so not bothered either way.

I've previously watched Brickset's Discounted Amazon page andstarted to notice it wasn’t updated frequently enough so gave up onit after a while. Would be nice if there was a site that also showsother stores/websites as well and look forward to checking outLeGoogel at some point as well. Nice one Ash!

Brickset may be a good site otherwise so not knocking italtogether. Doesn't look like much has improved otherwise though.

LEGO Creator 7292: Propeller Adventures - currently £16.10 though was £14.69 just over 3 weeks ago. I missed that one though, I haven't been searching thoroughly enough like I was during the Christmas period.

I think the RRP for the 7292 Propeller Adventures set is hugely inflated on Amazon. It's around £18 everywhere else, even on Legos own site.

I am not sure where Amazon got the £28.20 RRP from!

  • Yeah, it makes it look like a bargain when in fact it's only £2 off at the moment.

Sorry if it's not allowed. I just thought it was cool that someone linked from here because I'm a big fan of the site (as all bargain lovers should be). I'll try and swing in and post good Lego deals if I spot them early.

Yeah, they do that a lot. It's annoying (as are several other behind the scenes things). At some point in the near future I'll be using Lego Store rrp instead of Amazon list price as a baseline for calculating discounts.

Now only £10 @ Amazon. Looks like Amazon have priced matched Tesco Direct.

Now showing as £20.23. Amazon's offers don't last very long once people take an interest in them. It dependes how many people take an interest in them as well, so it appears.
  • Lego Minifigures!

    Can someone please help?
Where is the cheapest place to buys these new in packets from any series, don't mind just want to get lots as cheap as possible for party bag gifts.

    Many Thanks
