Last year they did. In the 2 stores I went to I did not see any duplo, it was mainly all lego city. It certainly did not include the larger sets (police station, fire station etc) but I managed to pick up a few sets from the 15.00 - 20.00 range which were half price (campervan, police truck, dumpster truck I think it was). They fly off the shelves pretty quickly though and are soon OOS.0 -
Don't forget to sign up to the Gold Club at Toys R Us, I recently got my book and I've got 2 x £5 vouchers when I spend £30 or more on toys, however they always let me use them together. Plus £5 off £50 spend on Lego voucher. Potentially £15 off a £50 spend in Toys R Us. Would be good to use when they run their lego offers.
Plus, register your Gold card online and join the birthday club and you gt £5 vouchers off £30 spend near the kids birthdays.0 -

That's brilliant! A happy afternoon in front of Bricklink is what you need.
There are so many parts I can't list them all but the sleigh has THIS at the bottom, the deer are harnessed with a 'horse hitching' and they and the sleigh have these hinges- to move the deer's heads and to create the slope at the back of the sleigh.
HTHThey call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.0 -

cheers - i'd managed to work out the hitching bits and hubby thinks he has a good idea on the rest.
if we do manage it we shall post the bricklink order on here for futureloves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
This is such a fatally useful thread!
Does anyone know which half term dates are the most likely for the Sainsbury's toy sale? We have 2 different weeks in this family.0 -
This is on pre-order on Amazon but it doesn't give a release date. At the moment it is £10.02, the RRP is £16.99.
