I get the feeling HP are keeping all the stock back as it was barely released and selling it through their own store here: https://eurostore.palm.com/epages/Store.sf/sec45Xjv6FxHro/?ObjectPath=/Shops/PalmStore/Products/HP-FB437AA-ABU

Not until Friday though, although the message originally said today.

Apparently someone over on HUKD said that Amazon would have a little stock.

I wouldn't bother with Amazon unless you want a cancellation email.. Aside from them, who will actually have any stock?

Several retailers that I've seen have notes to the effect that they will not have more info until tomorrow (Friday) as HP's still working out stock levels and pricing.

Tell me your not going to pay the full price of £479.95 hoping that the price gets greatly reduced...expensive punt me thinks.!!!

That would buy 4 32g touchpads and leave enough money to buy 1 case.:)

    here we go again.

is it worth it on the premise they will refund the difference, i personally wouldnt bother, yes they could refund straight away or it could take a week or 10 days.

    But your choice though.
  • Hi there,

I have just contacted CPW for info on the Pre 3, with the intention of ordering one. I was told that the Pre 3 will not be available sim only and that the only way to obtain one was to take out a contract (for the phone to be free this would be £30 a month on orange).

She said they had no stock to sell sim free.........:(
