I second mumto1's advice, too long out of the fridge to risk it.
I once left a lasagne in the oven overnight by accident, put it in the fridge next morning, reheated it over the next couple of days and lived to tell the tale... but that was 10hrs out of the fridge max, two days is far too long to risk it, sorryPax Et Bonum0 -
with the others here - sorry! but, on the bright side, you wont EVER do this again will you?0

No, I wouldn't. The weather's been too hot.
If it was winter and my kitchen had no heating so was cold (which it is) I MIGHT think about it, but even then two days is pushing it. Overnight or one day, in winter, yes I would. In fact I do, as I do the same thing sometimes.
I had to throw away a 'spare' pork chop last week that got forgotten about in the oven for a few days.Cash not ash from January 2nd 2011: £2565.:j
