  • Has anyone had the payment taken from their PayPal account yet? I managed to get an order in yesterday lunchtime before the £30 min spend came in, but the payment is still pending in my PayPal account. Does this mean they're going to cancel my order?:(

  • Thanks, fingers crossed mine clears soon.
  • As I said on another forum...

Dont think any of the late orderers have any hope in getting these.

I put in one order at 12:36 and order numbers were slightly over
4912000 a hour later @ 13.34 as it all changed the order number
    was at 4914200.

2200 orders in an hour, and im sure a good majority were from this,
give or take a few hundred for their usual order amounts.

How many were placed before that I have no idea, but i would hazard
a guess at the same again..

I highly doubt they will have 4000 boxes of chocs and 4000 sharpners
kicking around... I guess they would have run out even by my inital order.
  • I've just tried this offer, and sadly, you have to make a purchase of at least £30 now to claim the free chocs.

So which bright spark at Viking didn't put a lower spending limit on initially.

Pretty obvious thing to do really.

You think they would have learnt from LAST time! lol

Yes don't think we should feel guilty if they can't even sort that out!!

I wouldn't have felt guilty this time as they already knew what everyone did last time - I was trying to put a 49p order through after 1pm but got the over £30 message so decided to get the items I had my eye on once and for all anyway to get 1 tub of chocs anyway
