These idiots sent me one of these vouchers then 2 weeks later after all the hassle of registering and picking about 20 films they tell me I'm excluded as I'd had a free trial before with Screenselect who are part of the same outfit.

They couldn't answer my question as to why they correctly named and addressed the voucher to me

I've entered the code, went to a reactivation page where it asked for a reactivation code hich I don't have. I tried entering the promotion code but it didn't accept that. It all ent through and I re-joined. However, it says my next charging date is 8th Feb. How do I know the code has worked ?

I had the same problem so didn't reactivate. I have emailed Love Film and waiting for a reply

It didnt work for me. I had used another company who I have found are part of Lovefilm.

I noticed I was actually the first person to reply to this thread and to warn others of the problem - but my message, despite showing briefly, has disappeared since.

It just doesnt work.

PS I only just joined, but according to the forum I've had 4,294,967,295 posts so far!! Incredible!

Oh, yes, reason for being here... I tried a three month free trial code just before Christmas, it sat there inactive for 2 weeks and now comes up with "inelligible for free trial".

if your next charge date is feb 2008 then the code has definately worked. i've used a 3 month code before and it doesn't confirm on-screen that it's worked, but as long as your next charge date is 3 months away then it's all ok.
