Found this in yesterday's Sunday Times Style supplement. (Its too long to copy type it all.)

No, there's nothing about only 1 entry (I was planning to use my home & work emails) - presumably they're very happy if people phone in multiple entries?
There is, however, a catch all at the bottom of the T&Cs saying
