Suspended Repossession Order being issued - should I attend court?

I have been informed that my repayment offer has been accepted by my mortgage company, but they are still going to court tomorrow to get a Suspended Repossession Order (originally they were going to court tomorrow to get the normal repossession order).

My question is, do I need to attend court? Is there any advantage in attending?
I suffer from serious depression and am very frightened about the idea of attending. I have no support and no-one to go with me or anything like that.

But if I NEED to attend I could force myself to go. What do people think?

To me it would be more frightening not to go.
