I've only got one so far...
When we take the lights off the tree, all 3 x 200 of them! I wrap them round a piece of strong cardboard to stop them getting tangled up... The spare bulbs are cellotaped to that piece of cardboard and that gets re-used year after year...
Another quite obvious one, all boxes get wrote on the outside whats inside so if we decide we don't need something from one year to the next it doesn't have to be pulled down from the loft...
We've only got room to put a third of our tree so this year we cut up a bin bag and put that over the brances we don't use and put the branches we do on top so we don't have to get them all out again when we put the tree up next year...
I guess these are mostly common sense but hope they help someone and PLEASE add your ones too...

I have a few glass ornaments and fragile tin ones, so I save the quality st tin and pack it out with some tissue for my "special decorations"!0
