MBNA shock!!!!

I've just received a letter from MBNA about my DMP, they have accepted the reduced payments, stopped fees and interest for 12 months and without a single phone call or harassing letter!

The CCCS are miracle workers :D

MBNA must have 'overlooked' you during the holiday period.
Seriously, though, a good resilt for CCCS - proves that it works.

Out of all my creditors MBNA have been the best. Accepted payments, said they will freeze interest, show my credit report as paid up to date as long as I make the monthly payment and review the payment plan in 6 month periods. First 6 months passed with nothing from them. I was amazed too.
Total Debt now £22,525.07 Start Debt £32,732.36

Yikes!! I thought the earliest they could contact you was 8am?

It looks like my bad boy is going to be the halifax, they have been on the phone every 15 mins all day again

still they will get my payment from cccs on the 25th so that should shut them up for a bit (fingers crossed)

MBNA were great with us too!! (my husband has a DMP with payplan) they have accepted the reduced payment offer, frozen interest and charges and we received a letter this morning to say that after three payments on time they have removed the 'arrears' from his account and informed the credit agencies...... I was prepared for a battle with them to be honest!! Everyone been great but our biggest problem is Lloyds!!! Aaargh... they are being really difficult xx
