I am going to Liverpool for a few days in September and have booked into the Travelodge Central. Can anyone advise of anywhere nearby that does a good, reasonably priced breakfast.

As I said I am staying at the Central Travelodge. I am assuming it is in central Liverpool but as this is my first trip to the city I am not sure. I am assuming that the Central Travelodge is in the centre of the city. Maybe I am wrong?

A little bit of a walk ( 15 minutes max) as it's on the other side of the city centre to where you are but it's lovely...

Your travelodge is on the business side of the city, but only about 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area where you will also find plenty of Wetherspoons, Starbucks etc. There is a cafe rouge in the Met quarter, which you would pass on your way in.

There's a great meal deal going at Mc Donald's, you should try their McMuffins...mmm mmmmmmmm wow, they're tasty.

Wetherspoons, the large one on the corner just over from Lime St station does a really nice breakfast and reasonably priced
