i like the slimfast diet, their website is very good, they have lots of recipes on there and when you start they send you daily emails.
the food is really handy and the bars are lovely i loove the yohurt ones0 -
Just wondering how you are finding the Slimfast programme and how you are combining proper food with Slimfast products, and also which option is the 'Best Buy' at the moment. I need to start a meal replacement plan at begining of February and if there are some good buys I will get stocked up now.
Many Thanks for any ideas0 -
Just to add that I found slimfast to be pretty good for bulking up and putting on some muscle when I was at the gym regularly - just drink a can *with* breakfast etc and it gives you a bunch of protein, vitamins etc without a lot of fat. And the strawberry ones taste yummy.0

does anyone else find the shakes make them thirsty and make them lose their appetite altogether?0

hi cazarol
i like the programme for breakast and dinner i have shakes/smoothies, just take your time drinking them. i have a glass of water before so i am not drinking like it is just a drink, if you understand me.
for my evening meal if i am working during the day i sometimes have a weight watchers or other low cal meal. i am allowed 600 cal for my tea, its different for everyone, it depends how much you have to lose. i have done some of the recipes from their website and i am just careful.
in a prevoius reply i have put some places where i have found slim fast on offer, its also on offer in boots 1/3off i think. they are okay if you want to buy in bulk. i have done it.
if you want any more info i can have a think on more sugestions
i am waiting for some of the bars to be on offer.
fluff are you talking about the ready made up drinks?0 -
Well, I'm sure there are plenty on here where this offer will be useful...it seems every day someone is harping on about a 'chocolate fountain' bargain.0

started this ages ago got bored on the milkshakes the meal replacement bars were unpleasent, and the soups were watery and not rate good in the flavour department.... but that is just my opinion may try it again with just the shakes cos i need to lose some weight but think will stick to the countingcalories method rather than buying their products (except the milkshakes which are ok for brekkie)be loyal, be loud, be cas, be proud
look learn laugh love rainbows has begun0
