Im just wondering before i go and pay, has anyone ordered off here before? are the reliable and are the dresses good quality?

Thought I'd post something here as the above comment is clearly (!) from laimarket.com themselves.

I placed an order on 14th November 2011, it was still unshipped on 29th November so I asked for an update which has to date gone unanswered. Calculated that the shipping times wouldn't work out so I filled in a contact form on their website to ask if I could cancel my order, then there appeared to be no way of tracking if this was received or not so I emailed them on 2nd December again asking to cancel. As yet no response, I know it's only a few days but I'd have expected a better level of customer service if they want to be seen as both good and competitive. Not recommended.
