Hi Guys,
Looking at going for a Trust Deed. Just wondering if anyone one here could recommend a safe company as I'm not sure how legitimate a lot of these websites really are!!
Thanks!!

I would contact the money advisor at your local council, they are free and can check the situation. Are you sure a Trust Deed is what you need, I would google DAS and DMP and have a good read before you commit to anything, whatever your situation, a kneejerk reaction isn't necessary, take your time and get the right solution.More than Two Years in

I would recommend contacting your local money matters section at the council they are really good and will tell you the best thing to do whether it be a trust deed or something else.
I done this four years ago and haven't looked back they put me in touch with an accountant who came to the house and talked everything through with me, set it up and now its paid off. Don't get me wrong it'll be a long time if i ever or can get credit again but at the time there was no way of me paying everything off.
The company i used was BDO stoy hayward in Glasgow and would recommend them very efficient and now everything is closed - no more debt collectors, no more phone calls no more letters!
My own fault in the first place but it feels good now its all paid off!0 -
There's a forum specific to trust deeds. If you google trust deed forum, it should come up. They're very helpful and give good advice. There's loads of people on there who'll be in a similar position. I found them really helpful although I didn't find them till earlier this year and I have only a few months to go till my payments are done. One piece of advice is whoever you go with, don't sign anything until you've asked everything you need to and the process has been made clear.0
