Please don't ignore it - it won't go away, but there are things you can do to deal with it. Ignoring it could see you in court -dealing with it will see you free of debt in time and able to enjoy life.
First, contact your council re council tax and any other charges. Then the Department of Work and Pensions or the JobcentrePlus (you should have an assigned worker, one you have your regular interviews with about jobhunting - can't remember the job title - but anyone should be able to help you re the amount of JSA you get). I can't understand why you've got so little because NO-ONE can manage on that. Your social worker may be able to help too. You are entitled to more than you get, I'm sure.
Re your debt, please contact a debt charity - Consumer Credit Counselling Service, National debtline, Deby Advice Foundation, Christians Against Poverty (you don't have to be religious), Citizens Advice Bureau or Community Legal Advice. They will advise on how best to deal with your creditors.
Please, please don't ignore it. You won't find judgment on the end of a phone - just support and understanding.0
