Help with Santander

Hello All, I'm new here and I was hoping for a little advice. I have applied and been accepted for a Santander loan, paperwork signed and returned etc. however the funds have not hit my bank account yet. There is a degree of urgency; the forms were signed and posted first class last Wednesday afternoon (it's Monday morning now) Does anybody have any experience with Santander loans/valuable advice to impart?

Call them and ask for a time scale and see if they can check the forms have actually been received.

However, although you have been "accepted" that will only be subject to checking the paperwork and weekends don't count as working days so you really haven't given it any time yet.

Santander don't have a great reputation for customer service but the most you can do is call them and hope.

Hi, out of contest as I am about to apply for a loan and my salary is 21000 will thy give me 10000 loan?
