Need serious help!
Hi guys, been reading all the bank sites - Halifax, HSBC, Natwest, Nationwide, Lloyds TSB etc - and still confused.
I'm a first year uni student in London.
I need 3k and I need it fast - preferably within the week!
I also need around 5.5k as well.
Been doing loan quotes on the sites, and Halifax 10k personal loan at 6.9% APR so I would be paying £151.33 a month over 84 months. That is do-able for me. However, i don't have a job at the moment, applied for a few and waiting to hear back. Do I already need a job to get a loan, or can I get one as it stands?
Help needed ASAP please!

I dont think you will get a loan if you dont have a job - high risk0

You can not apply if you are unemployed - they will need to do an affordability assessment
the 6.9% is a typical rate for salary fed current account customers - ie rate may differ0 -
Money is for an investment scheme which I was supposed to sort out ages ago, and my mum wants it done by Sunday!0

Do not borrow to do an investment!!!!! Please think about it
Thats another reason that they can;t do a loan for that reason anyway0 -
Ask your mom for the money then!
You won't get a loan for £10k if you haven't got a job (not from a reputable source at a decent rate)0 -
