A Debt Prob- I'm so confused

Hi
I hope you guys can help, I'm a little confused here- sooo much info :-/
I have an overdraft of £1500 and credit card debt of £2000.
I have crohn's disease and have been unable to work, hence the reason these debts have built up. I have been getting support from my parents of about £600 a month which just about pays all my commitments.
This was manageable until now as they were HSBC student/graduate accounts with lower interest rates. However this has now ended and they are their standard rates.
My crohn's is now in remission and I hope to get back to work as soon as I can find work.
Where should I put this money in order to make it more mangable? A loan? And how will my unemployed status effect this?
I've loooked around the site and it is full of info but I am getting confused between all sorts of things and whether I would be eligible.
Thanks in advance
Phil

No reliance should be placed on the above.

It might help to list the amounts owed, interest rate charged and lender. Limits for the accounts would also be useful.
This information will help others to compare experiences.

yes phil could you put the interest rates that you pay for overdraft and credit card etc....
we can then help you look around and hopefully find the best deal for you
