I've decided to pay my creditors myself as I will be 5.3 years before I get everybody payed off with DAL My point is will I be penalized by DAL, should I just call my creditors and come to some sort of arrangement . Please help. The stress is unbearable. Any advise would be greatly appreciated

    Penalised in what way? Do they charge?

    Many people here run a self managed debt management plan. It's certainly doable. You might need to put up with some hassle at first though?

    Or just switch to somewhere like CCCS or PayPlan?
